We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice to you. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for the Service.

You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the billing cycle you select. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dealerhub Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display or in any way exploit any of the content in whole or in part except as expressly authorized by us.

You retain all rights in any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By providing content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display that content in connection with the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your content and that your content does not violate any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any material that is unlawful, threatening, libelous, or fraudulent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Dealerhub, its employees, or others
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dealerhub Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
